I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor and have worked as a therapist for 19 years in the Charlotte area. I am also a trained Perinatal Mental Health provider. I am also trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). I offer a depth-oriented and connected approach toward healing.
