I provide online sessions only. As a PhD in Clinical Psychology and a postdoctoral student in neuropsychology, I offer a caring, safe space for clients navigating relationship difficulties, life transitions, trauma, and stress. I view concerns through a systems lens, exploring interaction patterns, communication breakdowns, and early experiences that shape emotional distress. I hope to integrate my neuropsychology training into my therapeutic work by supporting the mind/body/energy connection and creating an individualized treatment plan for mental health.
As a psychotherapist, I focus on finding the origin of why clients feel the way they do. I like to use a mix of talk therapy and sub-conscious modalities to make sure the clients' negative emotions are neutral; but also have clients recognize what their behaviors are rooted from.
