Welcome! My passion is supporting and guiding individuals, couples and families overwhelmed by anxiety, trauma, addictions and relational challenges so that they can heal from what is keeping them stuck, find calm and peace in the present and build confidence in the future. I specialize in offering holistic, integrative and evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, IFS, CBT, Somatic, KAP and Gottman. I'm a real person with personal and professional expertise that brings compassion, flexibility and humor, when appropriate.
With 25 years of experience, I have found personalized, integrative approaches to be most effective, helping clients get unstuck from points they've hit in months or years of previous talk therapy or self-help.
