I joined this profession to help people and communities break generational cycles of abuse, stress and trauma. Honesty, Transparency, Dialogue, Duality, Interdependence and Comprehension are pivotal to my personal and professional practice. I believe these values are interdependent and exist all at once. We will collaborate on tangible and intangible adjustments to be made that support your goals for your self, family, and community.
My education, professional experience, and lived experiences have strengthened my ability to help people heal from the stress and wounding of life and all its circumstances. My hope for my clients is that by the time we end therapy they have the confidence to confront, repair, and empower by any means necessary.
My approach to the therapy relationship is collaborative. Client’s often experience therapy with me as conversational, relaxing, and authentic. I recognize that I will always need to grow and adapt so I will encourage mutual accountability and will always put in the work for repair and healing.
