About

I have worked with these issues and more for over 30 years.
I believe that it is my job to help you become your own therapist. Regardless of your history, it is possible to heal and to live a happy life. I want help you find your authentic Self, for just learning to live more authentically can be very healing. I use both Transpersonal and Cognitive therapy to facilitate your capacity to become your own therapist.
Life is often very painful and frightening. We often don't know, in the midst of such pain, how truly brave and smart we have been to survive. I want to help you find that strength and come to rely on it; to trust your authenticity to guide you in choices that improve your life, your relationships and decrease your anxiety and depression.
