Life can be hard sometimes. Allow me to guide you and/or your family members through the challenges you face to help make life easier. Choosing a therapist is a deeply personal decision so please feel free to call me to see if we are a good match. The focus of my practice is all about the multi-faceted needs of families and individuals. I provide counseling to adults and children from infancy to adolescence and provide individual therapy, and family therapy. I specialize in working with children from age 3 up. I prioritize parent involvement to the therapeutic process when working with their children for best results.
Areas of expertise with children include aggression, acting out, school problems, loss, divorce, exposure to violence, and adoption. I also specialize in working with children ages (2 to 7). I utilize play therapy with children and families for optimal results. My goal is to help strengthen child-parent relationships and increase positive communication.
Areas of expertise include complicated family systems involving divorce, separation, blended families, co parenting and children in high conflict divorce situations. I engage in evidenced based practices best suited to treat these areas, and embrace a holistic approach to emotional health and stability. I look forward to partnering with you!
