I specialize in working with chronic medical conditions, Asperger's Disorder/ASD, and Bipolar Disorder. I also coach athletes on mental performance.

I offer Walk & Talk Therapy sessions! There is a connection between our mind and body, and movement can improve our physical health and mental clarity. Sitting in a therapy office can sometimes result in dull problem-solving skills, but walking outside energizes positive thinking. It's a very positive and creative experience!
