I am passionate about helping individuals, couples and families to overcome some of the challenges that they face. I love family-systems therapy and helping those who have experienced traumatic events in their lives. Yo hablo español tambíen. Puedo ayudar familias en el idioma de español.
My specialties include training in Family Systems, Couples, EMDR therapy for trauma, and Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral approaches to treatment. I have a specialty working with teens and children too, always incorporating a family systems approach to my work. I tend to work brief, short-term and solution-focused.
