I specialize in working with law enforcement and other first responders to deal with on the job stress and work/home balance. I have passion working individuals and couples who have experienced high levels of stress, trauma or loss in their lives. I have a strong ability to connect with people and believe in everyone's ability to facilitate personal change. I love the opportunity to serve a wide range of issues (depression, anxiety, trauma, grief...) in my practice and offer varied hours through the week to accommodate many schedules. Sunrise Wellness takes a holistic approach to serving others through mind, body and spirit.
I help individuals and family systems increase coping tools to manage daily stressors, to deal with anxiety and depression and more significant stress and trauma. Therapeutic interventions include and not limited to Systemic, Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), TF-CBT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strengths Based and IFS interventions.
