Accepting Umpqua Health clients-Roseburg office currently has openings on Tuesday's. Telehealth openings on Monday and Thursday. Creswell office openings. I believe the power of change is inherent in each individual, but sometimes in need of a little guidance. I can help with setting, meeting, and achieving your goals. My approach in therapy is to provide a client centered approach to support the individual to achieve their goals through a strength-based, and attachment lens. We each have a unique upbringing and are influenced by our past. I have been working in the social work field for over 10 years.
I also utilize CBT, narrative therapy, movement, and mindfulness strategies into practice. I use somatic discharge practices to help release stress.
I mostly work in the South Lane area serving Creswell, Cottage Grove, and Pleasant Hill. I am open to serving clients outside of these areas, but rural communities are my specialty. Open to Douglas County clients in downtown Roseburg.
