Beginning therapy, or starting over with a new therapist, can feel overwhelming or intimidating. My goal is to ease that transition and reduce the anxieties that often accompany taking this step. I work from a trauma-informed perspective and focus on creating a warm, validating space where you feel safe to be your authentic self. I want each session to offer something meaningful, whether that’s gaining clarity, finding language for your experiences, developing skills or exploring the emotions that shape your inner world.
I offer a support at your pace, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, and mindfulness to support healing. I also help children and parents strengthen communication and their relationships through Child-Parent Relationship Therapy (CPRT)
Therapy doesn’t always require dramatic changes. Small shifts or trying something new can create meaningful transformation. Sometimes it simply takes someone reminding you that you are stronger and more capable than you realize. I’m here to offer guidance, reassurance, and a collaborative partnership as we explore what will be most helpful for you.
