Many struggle with procrastination, feeling "out of control" of their emotions, or holding themselves to unrealistic standards. Often caretakers or people-pleasers, they may feel burnt out and tie their worth to what they do for others. Together, we will work toward balance, self-acceptance, and letting go of fear of judgment or failure.
I aim to provide a safe, warm, and empowering space for clients. While I view the therapeutic relationship as the most meaningful tool to affect change, I utilize several therapeutic approaches, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
I can acknowledge how isolating and exhausting it is to feel stuck in a cycle of anxiety and self-doubt. You don’t have to navigate these challenges alone. Together, we can work on building a more accepting relationship with yourself and ability to sit with discomfort. I am here to listen and support you on your journey toward your goals.
