I work with 2+ thru adults, & engage clients in play, expressive arts, sandtray, & CranioSacral therapy per their goals. I support clients struggling with trauma, child abuse issues, divorce, depression, anxiety, behavioral challenges, & blending families. I offer after-school and evening hours, & a safe, supportive, strengths-based therapy unique to each client situation and their desired outcomes.

A grade-schooler in the first session said, "You're the coolest adult I've ever met!" By using CranioSacral Therapy with a 5yr old, violent outburst at his daycare were eliminated completely. A grade-schooler stated in a letter to his teacher I had "helped him have better relationships with his family." Youth engaged in self-harm are incident-free over 6mo.

Through my own life's challenges and struggles I've learned lessons, knowledge, and key components in the healing process.
