Working on the shoreline for more than 30 years; I have been passionately dedicated to helping individuals in all stages of life who are motivated toward personal growth and seeking to find relief from emotional pain/stress, anxiety, and depression; and who are struggling with relationship(s). I can help clients help themselves through the use of strategies and techniques to achieve greater impact, integrity, and intimacy in their lives.

I believe in working with the "whole" person; mind, body, and spirit; striving to identify, utilize, and implement all of my client's strengths/skills to create positive change and growth.

This is an "open-topic" group offering courageous individuals to take a deep look into their issues and present them in a safe and confidential environment. Participating in this group will offer you the opportunity to strengthen social and coping skills to manage the challenges faced wherever you are in the life cycle. Group members work on and achieve a stronger sense of self, an increase in intimacy and sense of belonging.
