Welcome! I'm glad you took this 1st step. I understand that busy schedules can make it difficult to prioritize therapy. That’s why I offer flexible hours, including evening, late-night, & early weekend sessions. With me, you won’t hear the phrase “tell me how that makes you feel” endlessly repeated. While emotional exploration is important, I focus on practical solutions & measurable progress to help you move toward your goals (stress, anxiety, depression, anger, relationships, divorce, addiction and more).
My approach is person-centered, solution-focused, & strength-based. Therapy isn’t about telling you what to do—it’s about helping you identify solutions, develop new coping strategies, & empower you to make meaningful changes. I can offer guidance, support, & insight tailored to your needs, but you set the direction in a supportive & collaborative space.
In our first few sessions, we'll focus on building rapport. This helps us develop a trusting, comfortable relationship where you feel safe to explore your concerns without judgment.
