Therapy can be a healing and freeing way to connect back to your inner self . There are ways to help and re-build and re-gain confidence, self-esteem, and connection to ourselves and others while helping regulate our nervous systems. I work on healing developmental trauma and attachment disruption through trauma healing and nervous system regulation.
I come from a place of authenticity, compassion, and belief that people have the ability and capacity to heal. I will provide a warm, supportive, non-judgmental space to help you achieve your personal version of emotional freedom . I believe in the power of attunement to my clients; by creating a safe space for clients to be heard, seen, and valued.
