I blend psychodynamic, humanistic, and behavioral approaches, using CBT, ACT, Mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing. I specialize in anxiety, depression, women's health, trauma, grief, family dynamics and self-esteem. I'm passionate about supporting women, college students, creatives, and therapists. I'm LGBTQIA+ affirming and HAES-aligned.
