If you are experiencing a significant life transition, struggling with relationship and/or marital issues, reproductive and postpartum challenges, impaired fertility, difficulty with depression, anxiety, and communication issues then I believe I can be a support to you. If you have experienced trauma I am here to help you. I work very effectively with individuals while utilizing the perspective of the individual within a relational system. I have a special interest in working with first responders and their families and I believe it is a privilege to help those who protect and serve others.
I use a variety of therapeutic techniques based in family therapy theory. I utilize systemic, ecological, and attachment theories, cognitive behavioral techniques, and communication skills development to help you become the best version of yourself that you can be. I completed a certification course to specifically help the first responder population.
I believe most people are searching for a feeling of peace and harmony in their lives. My goal is to collaborate with you and use therapeutic techniques to help identify the areas in which you would like to improve your life and create concrete action steps to move us in that direction. I also believe in using humor to face some challenging situations.
