About
Welcome, I know the first steps in asking for help can be challenging and I am glad you are exploring the possibility of counseling and how it can enhance your life. Most people exprience difficulty or obstacles at some point in life, the good news that difficulty doesn't have to be permanent. I strive to create an environment where people can express themselves, learn more about themselves, challenge themselves, and overcome life's obstacles. No obstacle is too small or too big for us to tackle together.
I have a particular interest in working with adolescents and adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, or grief and loss issues. I utilize a wide variety of approaches when working with clients so that each client gets exactly what they need in a style they are comfortable with.
My office is casual and comfortable, scheduling is easy and convinient. I also understand that finding a counselor that is a good fit for you is important. Please don't to hesitate to contact me with any questions or concerns you may have prior to scheduling your first appointment.
