We build a space together that allows for growth. We discuss current stressors and how they are impacting your goals. When working with couples and families, I create an environment where everyone has a voice and feels heard, while facilitating change and growth within the unit. We work at finding solutions and strengthening communication skills.
I use a conversational and strength-based approach, working with people to find a path that works for them while highlighting their strengths. I work with clients to build resilience and make meaningful changes in their lives by encouraging self-awareness and acceptance. Whatever the stressors are, we work at finding a way through it.
Speaking with people about their experiences and allowing them to feel heard is so important. A casual conversation can open doors to meaningful connections. Whether that is through friendships, romantic relationships, etc...those connections help shape who we are. I understand that seeking help can feel hard, but you don’t have to face it alone.
