It is my great honor to be of service to people and assist them in having more alignment, integration, and coherence in their lives. I have a doctoral degree in psychology and have worked in mental health for 25 years. I work with adults and my ideal clients are people who are interested in learning ways to source more spaciousness, curiosity, and compassion in their lives to help get untangled from old cognitive and emotional patterning no longer serving them. My approach to therapy has evolved over these last 25 years to become more holistic and my toolbox is ever expanding as I am a very committed life long student and seeker.
I integrate empirically supported techniques with more complementary approaches such as somatic techniques, mindfulness, energy psychology techniques, and Reiki. If you're looking for support through a life transition or with chronic challenges, we can work together to meet your goals in therapy.
