My goal is to help people develop new insight and understanding of their experiences and make changes that allow for a happier, healthier version of oneself. I place a lot of value on the therapeutic relationship—it has the power to help and heal. I strive to create a space where people feel safe and accepted, so they can dig deep and make change happen.
I specialize in working with clients who struggle with eating disorders, trauma, depression, and anxiety. Neuropsychological testing services for ADHD or other differential diagnoses and treatment recommendations are also provided.
