I work with individuals and physicians navigating anxiety, burnout, and questions of identity, self-trust, and meaning. Many feel stuck in recurring ways of thinking, feeling, or relating and want a deeper sense of clarity about themselves. In our work, we slow things down and look closely at how these patterns unfold—shifting away from seeing yourself as the problem and toward understanding how your experiences, relationships, and the systems around you have shaped what feels hard to change. This creates space for greater clarity, flexibility, and lasting change.
I offer therapy that is direct but not directive, grounded in systems, relational, and insight-oriented approaches. I help shift the focus from seeing yourself or others as “the problem” to understanding how ways of thinking, feeling, and relating developed over time—and how they can change—moving away from blame and toward a more grounded sense of clarity.
Starting therapy can feel uncertain, especially if you’re used to handling things on your own or feel stuck in ways you can’t quite make sense of. You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin. If you’re feeling overwhelmed or looking for a clearer understanding of yourself, this can be a place to start.
