I have worked in a variety of counseling and mental health settings for over 30 yrs. I have had the opportunity to work with individuals, couples and families with issues such as mood disorders, marital conflict, addiction, parenting and major life adjustment situations such as divorce, unemployment, and major health changes.
I enjoy working from a family systems perspective to aid people in understanding how their experiences growing up in their family of origin tend to influence how they function in other relationships throughout their lives. In turn I use a variety of counseling resources to aid in their desire to heal, grow or change.
