Whether you seek help with parenting your children or reparenting yourself, I am here to help you down the path toward your more satisfied and peaceful self. I have a huge passion for enhancing relationship evolution, exploring how childhood development influences adult behaviors, and finding the golden nuggets hidden in our discomfort. I also offer integrative therapy for people who use psychedelics.
Working from a systemic perspective, I lean on principles from various models (EFT, IFS, CBT, Gottman, Imago, etc.) and I like working with polyamorous folks, ENM, CNM, and other alternative relationship configurations. I have sex therapy experience and I am open to all areas of human development. Zero judgements. Post Mormonism is also a specialty of mine.
In a safe sharing space, nothing is TMI and you won't be judged by me. I invite feedback about my work and I enjoy investing in a strong therapeutic relationship. My office hours are Tuesday Wednesday Thursday 10-5.
