At times life can become overwhelming due to life transitions, relationship challenges, depression, or anxiety. I believe that life's struggles become more bearable when they can be held and explored in a safe therapeutic environment. My approach is warm and comprehensive, based in respect and genuine caring. In our work together, I will engage in an exploratory journey with you to gain insight into both your conscious and unconscious feelings and patterns. Through engaging in the therapeutic process you may find greater awareness and relief from suffering, allowing for healing and growth in your inner life and your relationships.
Attachment impacts us throughout a lifetime. I have specialized training and experience in the field of attachment, and am deeply committed to supporting early relationships via maternal mental health support. More broadly I work with individuals seeking insight into ways that their early relationships impact their current lives and relationships.
Each of us is unique, and each therapy calls for its own approach. My orientation is largely psychodynamic, with attention to relational, attachment-focused, and depth psychology perspectives. Some additional areas of expertise for me include grief and loss, coping with illness, neurodivergence, and work with creative individuals.
