My approach is strength-based and client-centered. I enjoy listening and providing support to my client's, helping them adapt new styles of thinking, develop healthy coping skills, gain effective problem-solving strategies, achieve new goals and encouraging them to become the best version of themselves.
I have spent my career working in school and clinical settings providing therapy to at-risk youth, child-hood victims of physical and sexual abuse, and individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, communication difficulties, anger management, academic/career concerns, and poor-self-esteem.
