I work with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, grief and burnout. In addition, I work with couples and families going through divorce or struggling to blend families. I truly enjoy helping clients with significant life changes such as career changes and family life balance. I specialize in women issues such as pregnancy, post partum, menopause.
