I come with a lot of compassion over the difficult process of attending therapy. Life is a wild ride with so many different variables. Most of us need an external person outside of our system to help us along the way and for different transitions in life. If you find yourself overwhelmed by life, a situation, marital conflict/separation, a person, a job, or maybe anxiety/depression then therapy might be a great option for you.
I have a straight forward and authentic approach to the therapeutic relationship. I see mental health as equally important as your physical and emotional needs. I encourage the client to identify solutions, address faulty coping mechanism/thought patterns, and work on finding your identity externally from depression and/or anxiety.
With a military background, I have a special passion for families or individuals that are struggling with infidelity, marital conflict, family communication, & coping with a spouse/father who has P.T.S.D. I bring empathy for all parties involved.
