About
I believe the healing process is one of immense courage and vulnerability, unique for each individual seeking to find their truth and liberate their hearts. My passion is assisting the process of bringing individuals back into alignment with their higher selves, acknowledging and bringing awareness to the aspects of self that are too painful, hidden or repressed. I approach my therapeutic practice by creating a safe container for clients to feel seen, heard, validated and challenged as we dive into the shadows of the subconscious mind, uncovering the belief systems, emotions, and wounds that are blocking us from living authentically
With a BA in Psychology, Master's in Mental Health Counseling, yoga certification, shamanic background & a speciality in women's wellness through holistic modalities, I use my combined experiences through an integrative approach of mind, body & spirit. I focus on inner child and shadow work while creating a safe space for clients to explore their inner world
I work with each individual to create a unique path to their healing, growth and transformation goals. I help to facilitate the journey inwards, de-construct aspects of self that no longer serve and realign to ones highest self. My primary intention is to create a space for you to feel safe, honored and held during this process.
