I am doing virtual appointments only. Being a therapist for over 20 years and as a person in long term recovery from alcohol and drugs I believe that when you transform yourself you transform your life. Whether it's a personal life crisis, addiction issues, or help communicating with a loved one, I can help guide you through the process and empower you to do the work needed to heal. My approach to the therapeutic relationship is that of a guide. Although I specialize in working with people with addictive behaviors, I also work with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression and other mental health issues.
I believe each person has potential to grow and become happier at any age and regardless of their life circumstances. Our ultimate focus in therapy would be increasing the fulfillment of your life and for you to be truly happy.
