About
At times, life can feel like a constant barrage of stress and obstacles. While sometimes we can manage on our own, other times we may need an ally to help us navigate these struggles. Our experiences can build to create significant troubles in our mood, relationships, and ability to function. Together, you and I can work to improve your ability to cope and manage your stress and symptoms.
I am a licensed clinical social worker with experience working with children, adolescents, and adults at all stages of the life cycle. I have sat with people struggling with a wide range of concerns, particularly anxiety, acute and complex trauma, depression, behavioral problems, relational problems, transition to parenthood.
I offer a client-centered and strengths-based approach to therapy, utilizing cognitive behavioral techniques, acceptance and commitment strategies, and relational theories. With kindness, compassion, and a little humor, I am confident we can create a plan to help you flourish.
