As a fully bilingual Spanish and English speaker, I use wholehearted, creative, embodied practices through therapy to journey with my clients toward healing and growth. More specifically, I use experiential methods - (AEDP and EFT) as well as EMDR in my work and have seen incredible transformation and growth.
