I specialize in Anxiety, Life Transitions, Highly Sensitive People, Complex Trauma and Perinatal Mental Health. My practice is open to individuals from the preteen stage and up.
I utilize somatic practices, mindfulness, Brainspotting, and an integrative blend of talk therapies. You will receive support in exploring thoughts, feelings and patterns, and developing specific tools to help you cope, heal and thrive. My approach is grounded in genuine human connection, curiosity and kindness.
