I specialize in helping adults who have experienced trauma, especially when traditional talk therapy hasn’t been enough. With 16 years of experience, I know that healing is not one-size-fits-all. You might still face challenges with your anxiety, ADHD, depression, or PTSD. My approach blends EMDR, somatic healing, and other integrative techniques to uncover the roots of these struggles.
