I use evidence-based approaches including ERP for OCD, CBT, and DBT, along with trauma-informed and nervous system-focused work. I also support relational and intimacy concerns and am currently completing advanced training in sex therapy. My goal is to help you build insight, develop effective tools, and create lasting, sustainable change.
