Between work stress, endless to-do lists, relationships, and trying to remember where you left your keys (again), it’s easy to feel like your brain’s running 47 tabs at once. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Pittsburgh, PA, and I’ve spent nearly 20 years helping people understand and learn to manage the impacts of trauma, anxiety, ADHD, and major life transitions. My approach is down-to-earth, collaborative, and sometimes even a little funny, because therapy doesn’t have to feel stiff or serious all the time.
