I strive to create a safe environment for clients to explore new ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving to more succesfully navigate the challenges of life and to move toward wholeness and healing.
I approach therapy holistically, combining work with the mind, heart and body through CBT, emotion regulation, mindfulness, and attachment work to support clients navigating anxiety, depression, stress, and grief. I also work with clients through major life changes including transitions in relationships, education or career, and loss.
