I am a warm and compassionate therapist who enjoys working with adults and adolescents coping with issues related to anxiety, depression, and trauma. I strive to help clients define and understand their obstacles, set goals, heal emotional wounds, and become empowered to make improvements in their lives.
Using the modalities of Internal Family Systems therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, and mindfulness, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to work at a pace that is comfortable for them. By sharing my positive energy and enthusiasm, clients receive the support they need to make positive change.
