Healing is not just my profession it is my calling. From the depths of my soul, I believe that true transformation happens when the mind, body, and spirit are aligned. A faith-based therapist, I walk alongside those who are burdened by depression, anxiety, PTSD, and the scars of childhood trauma, guiding them toward healing, hope, and renewal.
My ideal client is someone who carries deep emotional wounds perhaps from childhood trauma, toxic relationships, or overwhelming life experiences. They may struggle with persistent anxiety that keeps them trapped in fear, depression that dims their hope, or PTSD that replays painful memories.
My mission is to create a sacred space where brokenness meets grace, pain is met with compassion, and deep, soul-level restoration. I help my clients process past trauma in a safe and supportive environment, rebuild self-worth and confidence, and find emotional balance. Break free from limiting beliefs, self-destructive patterns, cultivate faith, resilience.
