I have 4 years of experience providing therapy to teens & adults, families, & couples. I have a passion for working with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief & loss, & parenting issues. I am committed to helping you understand & cope with depression/anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, parenting, anger management, & substance use.

I feel it is vital to provide a nonjudgemental and safe environment, for you to honestly discuss your needs and challenges.
