Hi! Through my many years of experience, I have maintained my passion for helping individuals to make positive changes through learning and developing healthy strategies to navigate through life struggles to live a more balanced life. I currently offer teletherapy services to adults struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, mood disorders, personality disorders, attachment disorders, attention deficit hyperactivity disorders, self-esteem, self-harm, behavioral issues, trauma and faith-based issues. I am currently an online only therapist, making it easy and convenient for you to make your therapeutic journey a priority.
The therapy modalities I utilized include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Behavioral Therapy, Supportive Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, and Faith-Based Counseling.
My focus is to utilize a strength-based, principle-driven, client-focused and collaborative therapeutic approach, with an emphasis on building a positive therapeutic relationship with you, in order for you to make long-term positive changes in your life.
