I provide a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential counseling environment, based on being genuine, empathetic and respectful. My clients should be open and motivated for change. They also respond to my direct, honest, and nurturing approach in therapy. I also incorporate Brainspotting & body awareness into sessions. There are additional colleagues at NECC who are amazing therapists and are also taking new clients.

CBT/DBT/ACT and solution focused therapy works on all ages, helping those suffering from depression, anxiety, work stress, relationship issues, bereavement, trauma, difficulties transitioning into midlife and perimenopause/menopause and divorce, and career and life transitions like sending kids off into adulthood or dealing with caregiving parents.

I use an eclectic mix of therapies depending on each person's needs. I am not a worksheet therapist or one size fit for all. Acceptance and authenticity are what you can expect to find when you meet with me.
