Mental health support is becoming more important than ever for kids and teens in our community. Changes and challenges are a constant in life, which comes with big emotions for the kids around us. Whether they are feeling intense sadness or depression, struggling with stress or anxiety, experiencing grief and loss, going through a move or family changes, or exhibiting challenging behaviors, I would love to be there to support them. With my experience as a school social worker, I can provide clients with the tools to be successful in school, in their relationships, and with their own self-worth.

In my practice, I use a variety of therapeutic modalities including play therapy, DBT, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and CBT. I also love to incorporate books, games, and creativity into the therapeutic process, as this is how children learn best. Therapy is different for each child, so we will work together to find what works best for your family.

Supporting your child with their mental health needs is a big task, and finding the right therapist can be an even bigger challenge. In my practice, you and your child will be met with compassion and acceptance. I will do my best to create a welcoming and safe environment for your child to learn and grow.
