About
Life is tough at best, traumatic at worst. People let us down or we let ourselves down. We may repeat patterns that once seemed to work for us, but are now impeding our growth. Often we know what we "should" do to feel better, but can't seem to actualize our intentions. Or we become so overwhelmed with messages that we have to fix ourselves that over time our resolve weakens. We may start to view ourselves as broken, unlovable ... hopeless. It can feel uncomfortable to ask for help when we're struggling, but we are not wired to walk this life alone; we all need a safe space where we can share our hurts, disappointments, and losses.
I enter the therapeutic space with a compassionate energy and non-invasive approach that draws upon your natural intuition and reserves. I understand symptoms and self-destructive behaviors as signals that we are living out of alignment with our true nature. My role is not to offer quick fixes, but to guide you toward lasting transformation and healing.
I strongly believe that each of us can create lives full of joy, meaning, and connection. When our experiences are validated and our strengths revealed, we can move from a place of fear and stagnation into more expansive emotional spaces. I consider it an honor to do this work, and am highly dedicated to each client and their unique healing process.
