I have both personal and professional experience with individuals in the LBGTQ community, and extensive work helping people with disabilities entering the workforce.
After over a decade in the Austin tech industry, I pursued a career in counseling because I felt I could positively impact others. My own journey continues to fuel my belief that it's possible to affect change through counseling relationships, and I'm excited and passionate about sharing that with others.
My therapeutic style is warm, empathetic, and open minded, all with a dose of humor. Special interests include depression, stress, career change, the coming out process, and learning to live as your authentic self. Hobbies range from playing sports to playing with dogs, and being an engaged member of my communities.
