As an anxiety specialist, I am dedicated to helping you develop a better relationship with your thoughts and harness your innate resilience to overcome life's challenges. I focus on a goal-directed treatment that addresses excessive worry, fears, and panic. As a believer of mind-body integration, I include exposure and response prevention methods with established cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness based techniques throughout treatment. I am also a therapeutic yoga instructor and offer this compliment to therapy to clients.

I specialize in treating OCD, including SO-OCD, Harm OCD, Scrupulosity, Relationship Substantiation, Hypochondriasis, Trichotillomania and Dermatillomania. By integrating ERP and ICBT, I offer a comprehensive and nuanced approach to OCD treatment, helping empower clients with the skills and confidence needed to maintain long-term recovery and improve life.
