I specialize in supporting individuals navigating maternal/paternal mental health challenges, grief, and trauma. Whether you are adjusting to parenthood, coping with pregnancy or infant loss, or working through unresolved trauma, you don’t have to do it alone.
In our first few sessions, we will gently explore what brings you to therapy and how I can best support you. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered to begin healing at your own pace.

I am certified as a Perinatal Mental Health professional (PMH-C), Grief Specialist, and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), and I tailor therapy to meet your unique needs and experiences.
My practice is deeply personal. As a mother of three with two living children, I understand the profound vulnerability that comes with sitting in the therapy chair. I also know the courage and strength it takes to heal. This perspective allows me to hold space with compassion, authenticity, and respect for your story.
