About
Change and healing can be scary. You’re not meant to walk the entire journey alone. I'm here to walk beside you and teach you skills you can use for a lifetime.
I use clinically proven methods, often integrating art to help reduce barriers. I have specialized training in the treatment of trauma, specifically sexual trauma, in adults, adolescents and children. I also enjoy working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression and people who need support.
Clients have shared they appreciate my patience and have felt accepted and encouraged while working with me. I feel honored to help people define and tell their stories.
