I’m a licensed professional counselor with a Masters of Science in mental health counseling. I have been serving as a therapist for nine years and worked with populations with PTSD, depression, anxiety, elements of addiction, family attachment issues, transitions to adulthood, and I support healthy relationship development in various forms.
I deeply love working with individuals, and families and desire is to support clients through challenging events or beliefs, and times of transformation. I work to provide unconditional acceptance and care along with supportive insights to navigate the new terrain. I help clients to build a new mindset and heal from past trauma to create an amazing life.
